At Rapid Supps, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, and we proudly deliver across the country. Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure your supplements arrive without breaking the bank:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate (Australia-wide)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $80

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Delivery Times

We process and dispatch orders as fast as we can so you can start fueling your goals sooner. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days
    • VIC Regional: 2–4 business days
    • NSW, QLD, SA Metro: 2–5 business days
    • WA, TAS, NT & Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates based on our shipping partners’ standard performance and may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen delays.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
If no one is available to receive your order, our shipping partners will typically leave it in a safe place or provide instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local collection point.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
