At Rapid Supps, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got a straightforward returns and refunds process to sort it out. Here’s how it works.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns or refunds under these conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Changed your mind? You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are on you unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement—your call.
  • Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong product, let us know, and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund, covering return shipping costs.

All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the outlined conditions.

How to Request a Return

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out within 14 days of delivery via mdprotein@gmail.com or our Contact Us page. Include your order number and a quick note about the issue.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorisation (RA) number with shipping instructions.
  3. Send It Back: Pack the item securely (ideally in its original packaging) and ship it to our Melbourne warehouse with the RA number included.
  4. Processing: After we receive and check your return, we’ll email you about approval and process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Note: Refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Refund Processing Times

  • Refund Approval: 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an extra 3–10 business days for the refund to show up.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless faulty or damaged).
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

We may decline returns that don’t meet these criteria.

Who pays for return shipping?
You cover shipping for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ve got it covered—just contact us first.

Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, if the item’s in stock, we can swap it out. Get in touch to arrange.

What if it was a gift?
Gift returns follow the same process. Refunds will be issued as store credit unless specified otherwise.

Where do I send my return?
We’ll provide our Melbourne warehouse address with your RA number once approved.
