Ingredients:

- 1 large ripe banana (approx. 120g)
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (20g)

- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk (or your favourite plant-based milk)
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
