Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate (500g)

DIRECTIONS:
The standard daily dose is about 5 grams (approximately one teaspoon). Simply mix it with water, juice, or your favourite shake once a day. Consistent daily use is key – you don’t need to cycle on and off – and you can take it at any time that fits your routine.

DIRECTIONS:
Take one scoop (9g) in 200-300 ml of water 20 minutes prior to exercise, preferably on an empty stomach. On non-training days have one serve before retiring. For best results take for 14 days consecutively. You can also add one serve to your Pre Workout product to enhance nitric oxide production during your training session.
Rapid Recovery
INGREDIENTS:
L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan, Flavour, Food Acid (E330), Stevia. Made on a production line that also produces products containing Milk, Gluten, Soy, Egg, Nuts and Seeds. Replace lid immediately and store in cool dry place below 25 Celsius. Made in Australia with imported ingredients. Packed in Australia.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix one scoop (10g) of RAPID RECOVERY with 300-400mL of water. For high intensity or long training sessions, you may need to double the serving (20g). RAPID RECOVERY can be consumed before, during or after training and between meals to boost your protein intake.
