Rapid Shred

Ingredients:

Acetyl L-Carnitine, Taurine, Flavours, Food Acid (E330), Tyrosine, Theanine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Anti-caking (E551), Sweetener (E950, E955), Theacrine (as TeaCrine), NeuroFactorTM Astragin, Stevia. This product is manufactured in a facility that processes milk, wheat, soy and eggs. Store in a cool dry place below 30 degrees Celsius. Do not expose to heat or moisture. Replace lid tightly after use. Product packed by weight not volume. Some settling may occur. Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.

Directions:
Take one scoop (5 g) on rising or 20 minutes before exercise, preferably on empty stomach. Rapid Shred is best consumed in 200-300mL of water on empty stomach 30 minutes before exercise. Rapid Shred is available in 4 delicious flavours and there are 30 servings per container.

Rapid Recovery

INGREDIENTS:

L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan, Flavour, Food Acid (E330), Stevia. Made on a production line that also produces products containing Milk, Gluten, Soy, Egg, Nuts and Seeds. Replace lid immediately and store in cool dry place below 25 Celsius. Made in Australia with imported ingredients. Packed in Australia.

DIRECTIONS:

Mix one scoop (10g) of RAPID RECOVERY with 300-400mL of water. For high intensity or long training sessions, you may need to double the serving (20g). RAPID RECOVERY can be consumed before, during or after training and between meals to boost your protein intake.
